Some use us simply as a 'portal' to the goods and services that we advertise and promote.  Most of these are provided by third parties rather than ourselves but we have taken the trouble to research and use the services that these business provide ourselves.  If we were not happy in any way we would not be promoting them as, after all, it's our reputation that is 'on the line' if they do not deliver.

Other users take advantage of our understanding and experience by engaging us to provide advice, recommendations and/or help and assistance on a formally contracted one to one basis.
